NY neigborhoods - where would you live: Fin Dist ( Maiden Ave) or Two Bridges (~Lower East Side very close to
Chinatown, Madison St and Pike)?
If you had to choose between 2 apartments located in these 2 areas, which one would you choose and why, in terms of safety, fun, nice area, amenities,restaurants, overall more appealing for a young professional?
Is two bridges dangerous? Why is it bad being close to Chinatown? would you say any of these two areas are shady and what do you mean by that?

I heard that Financial District is getting better, in terms of businesses and bars....not true?
I'm suprised that anyone knows of Two Bridges. It's an area where immigrants settled mainly Chinese. Two Bridges is currently becoming more and more expensive then it once was there are condos going up that cost in excess of $2 million.
I could live there if I had to but I don't really care for Manhattan I only really go there if I have to. I much prefer to live in the Bronx since the cost of living is a little lower then in Manhattan.
