i wish i could take a pic but i cant i'm i wanted 2 make postcard and they never seem as nice as the ones in the books .... i dont want 2 copy i want my own idea i feel like i never have enough stuff - i have a HUGE '' huge Bag with lots of paper and pics .. am kinda sad about it .... also i was trying 2 make a Dream Box and i have no idea the one in the book looks soo nice - i hate coping someone's idea

because the ones in the book are made by professionals, otherwise the book would not sell! it takes a loong time for a person to be good in things they do, especially crafts, in fact, there's no "perfect" in the world, however it's a really great thing that you have your own standard and you don't like to copy others' style, which means you don't make "crappy stuff". i believe that's the most important thing in an artist. i cannot tell u how to do something in art, you should have your personal style and everyone should approach a project differently. so if you dont like to copy, you should be proud of what you've done. remember, practice makes perfect.
