When I am trying to do my back bend walkover...?
I pull my right leg over and then I fall help me??!! My back bend is good, I can do a cartwheel, round off, handstand, and a great back bend. But I can't get by back bend walkover!!!
i used to have this problem. Ive mastered it now though. =)
The basic problem is: When your kicking up, either you are nervous about actually doing or just arent giving it enough power.
You really need to give a giant kick.
Try rocking before you actually go over. Gaining momentum will help when you actually try to pull your right leg over. just when in a bridge (try doing it from a bridge first before standing. It makes it easier) rock back on your hands and then rock on to your feet a few times. When youve mastered that, Try standing but just remember to keep everything tense and kick back HARD.
