Mail Merge Help: Two Recipients on one page?
My mission is to make two 4" x 6" postcards, with two different recipients name and addresses, out of one 8.5" x 11" card stock. I'm trying to print two per sheet and just cut them down when done printing. I have a list of about 70 people (and counting) to send to that are compiled in MS Access. Is there anyway of making the mail merge do two recipients per page instead of the same person twice?
**For Example: The list is A, B, C, D... etc.**
How do I print the first page with A & B then page two with C & D and so on?
Is it even possible?
I'm using MS Access and Microsoft Publisher.
If any one knows how and would make a step-by-step plan, it would be of great help to me and I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
It is possible,
You have to add a field called Next Record and needs to be inserted after the first one.
Next Record can be found where it says Insert Word Field.
