This morning I read a report that he shot himself in the head three times(and was like WHAT?) Now it is saying shot himself in the head with the last shot.

The survivor pretty much tells us what happened, why do you think we are not getting the real story? It's the age old jealousy thing.
I think it was very respectful of Peterson's family to schedule his funeral for last.
I live in a small town in Wisconsin, moved up here 17 years ago from the Chicago suburbs. When the Columbine tragedy occurred, I went up to our local school and asked what we were going to do to prevent a tragedy like that from happening here.
Now what I was told? "That stuff doesn't happen in small towns."
Wasn't a month later there was a bomb threat emailed in to the school from within the school. They evacuated the building. I found that administrator that had told me this doesn't happen in small towns and got right in his face.
They still think nothing will happen and take minimal precautions.
I swear when 9/11 happened, you would have thought it happened in another country, no one around here talked about it much. Mostly all I heard was complaining because the price of gas went up.
I went and got my kids out of school that day. I didn't know if we were being invaded or what was going on but I thought if we were going to die, we were going to do it together.
Oh and Crandon is only a few hundred miles from here and I swear, my daughter and I are the only ones in this town that are concerned about the incident.
It's very different living in a small town.
