Question about the woman from that Texas Polygamist Compound?
Ive been hearing about this in the news for a long time and everytime they show the woman they all wear the same hair, and dress the same. My question is, why?. They look like they came from the 1930's. Why do they dress like that? and why do they ALL dress like that.
That look was ordered after the raid on Short Creek. The raid was conducted because the FLDS were practicing polygamy. I think the religious leader wanted an innocent, pure look to counteract people's opinion that polygamy was a dirty, sexual behavior.
